Joanne Dereta
is a Managing Director and Principal, as well as a founding member of Stonegate Private Counsel LP*. Joanne has been managing wealth for clients for over 20 years.
Joanne possesses a special talent for helping those who find themselves suddenly alone through loss or divorce. She also specializes in succession planning for business owners and financial planning for families through generations.
In 2003, Joanne established Jo’s Snowflake Fund, a charitable trust providing Comfort Packs to children who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in Toronto homeless shelters. Joanne also supports UNICEF, Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children, Share Plan, The Stop and AMREF (the African Medical Research Foundation).
